The big question that I get asked all of the time, once people know that I’ve tried it is, does Alli work. It does work but it does have side effects on some people. There are warning on the package about gas or oily discharge. I didn’t have any of those side effects, thankfully, but I did feel bloated. I started an exercise program along with Alli and did lose 20 pounds. My feeling it that it curbed my hunger and also stopped fat assimilation which is what it does. I don’t think that I would have lost as much with out Alli because I had intense hunger cravings without it. What has been your experience? Let us know.
